Peak - Black Program The Black Program – Peak is a training plan built on a classic upper–lower split. Designed for experienced lifters, this program emphasizes progressive overload, higher training volume, and strategic exercise selection to maximize strength and hypertrophy. You’ll train four days per week, alternating between upper- and lower-body focused sessions, with each workout combining heavy compound lifts, targeted accessory work, and core stability training. The program is organized into phases that gradually increase intensity and workload, helping you break through plateaus and reach new personal bests. Exercise swaps are included for minimal equipment setups. This is a self-guided program delivered entirely through the app, with no direct coaching, messaging, or nutrition planning included.
